Chateau Coussin rose 2016: A bold and structured Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire
Chateau Coussin produces a rose wine in the Cote de Provence Sainte-Victoire appellation. Its vines are, on average, 30 years old. The grape varieties planted are Grenache 70%, Cinsault 20% and Syrah 10%. The vines are planted on a clay-limestone based soil with alluvial deposits from Sainte-Victoire Mountain.
Chateau Coussin rose 2016 is a pale rose colour with crystal-like reflections. In the nose, hawthorn and blueberry aromas reveal themselves. The wine is delicate, elegant and fatty. Chateau Coussin rose 2016 presents an exemplary and consistent finish.
