The Ruinart Brut Rosé is adorned with a gorgeous coral pink dress, embellished with a fine bubble lace. The nose of this champagne is fine, subtle marked by fresh aromas of cherry or crunchy red fruits. On the palate, this Rosé of the Ruinart House is balanced, fruity and deliciously fresh with great suppleness and freshness. It is a blend of chardonnay and Pinot noir, 19% being vinificated in red, this whole bringing a luscious and delicate fruitiness.
Wine Advocate-Parker :
The NV Brut Rose is a pretty, understated wine graced with notable class and finesse. This is a decidedly feminine, delicate style best suited to drinking as an aperitif. Sweet berries, flowers and spices are layered into the refined, well-articulated finish. This is Lot LAGJUA4. Anticipated maturity: 2011-2014.
