The production of natural wine combines both organic and biodynamic methods. However, it goes a step further by prohibiting any agricultural input or technique aimed to modify the wine, with the exception of sulfur. Not regulated by any formal specifications, several definitions of natural wine exist. It is common to find natural wines without sulphite added. Above all else, this represents a commitment made by the winemaker who chooses to cultivate his or her vines in an environmentally friendly manner, without altering the natural taste of the wine.
