Grand Vin Blanc from Domaine de Baronarques is a single-variety Chardonnay produced in Limoux, located in the Languedoc-Roussillon viticultural region. Ageing occurs in barrels, 40% new, 40% in one-year old barrels and 20% in 2 year old barrels.

Grand Vin Blanc 2015 from Domaine de Baronarques has a crystal-clear colour with brilliant reflections. The nose is elegant and complex, offering white flower (hawthorn) aromas with notes of honey and spices (coriander). In the mouth, the wine is ample and unctuous with a magnificent mineral tension. Grand Vin Blanc 2015 is dense and elegant. Flavours of fresh butter, verbena, pear, lime and light woodiness. The finish has a superb aromatic persistence and an incredible length.
