Peyrassol

Founded in the 13th Century by the Knights Templar, the Domaine Peyrassol was then bequeathed to the Order of the Knights of Malta, who looked after the property until 1789, creating a resting place for pilgrims on the road to the Holy Land. In 2001, Philippe Astruy became the new custodian of its history. One year later the first olive grove was planted and the reconstruction of the vineyard began. A revival that continues until the present, with the recent construction of a new vat room, reflecting the new owner's constant strive for excellence and desire to profit from the quality of the terroir of the Côtes de Provence.
