Château La Conseillante

In 1871 the Nicolas family purchased Chateau la Conseillante, a property in the appellation of Pomerol with 11.8 hectares of vineyards. Today, the Chateau is run by the fifth generation of the Nicolas family, and the chateau continues to be praised for the consistency of its wines. The aromas and flavours produced are very subtle, expressing a unique finesse and elegance. One must say that the outstanding clay and gravel terroir of the parcels, surrounded by Petrus and Cheval Blanc, create a wine that can be counted among the most exceptional of the micro-appellation.
