2009 Cedres from domain Paul Jaboulet-Aîné is representative of the Chateauneuf-du-Pape diversity. Indeed, it is dominated by a strong proportion of Grenache, 80%, completed by 10% Cinsault and 10% Mourvèdre. The whole complexity of the appellation can be found in this cuvee.
This vintage offers a large aromatic palette represented by mild spicy notes, such as cinnamon or sandalwood, as well as red berry hints: strawberry and raspberry. Both dense and powerful, this 2009 Chateauneuf-du-Pape Les Cedres of Paul Jaboulet-Aîné is a distinguished wine. It can be stored during 10-20 years.
