The 2005 Gevrey-Chambertin Premier Cru Lavaut Saint-Jacques of Louis Latour exhibits a dark ruby red colour. The nose is frank on cherry, blackberry and vanilla aromas, and ends on a hazelnut hint. This harmonious wine is strong on the palate with cherry stone fragrances. This unique and quality wine was produced during an exceptional vintage year. This 2005 Gevrey-Chambertin Premier Cru Lavaut Saint-Jacques of Louis Latour needs to be kept for a few more years before to express its full potential.
