Wine Advocate-Parker :
Vinified and aged in a mixture of large cask and barriques, the Laroche 2007 Chablis Blanchots leads with high-toned lemon oil; pungent, peppermint-like herbal aromatics; and musky, narcissus like floral essences. Rich and creamy yet with a welcome sense of buoyancy and refreshment, it finishes with lemon zest, white pepper, pungent herbs, and crushed stone in a very straight, long-lined, penetrating finish, and should be worth following for 5-7 years.
