Château Peyrassol 2016 : a balanced and ample Côtes de Provence wine

The Château Peyrassol is a rosé wine from the Côtes de Provence appellation, produced from a blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Rolle and Syrah. The vines are planted on soils of clay-limestone, predominantly limestone, with a stone content of over 40%.

With its pale shades of pink, the Château Peyrassol 2016 is very fresh. The nose develops fruity, subtle frangrances (citrus, vine peaches, apricots) mixed with floral notes of great finesse. Dense, delicate and lively on the palate, the wine is balanced and offers an elegant ampleness. On the finish, the château Peyrassol 2016 is fruity and long.
