Deutz : Blanc de Blancs 2007

This 2007 Blanc de Blancs Brut of Deutz is an excellent appetizer wine but it can also be paired with delicate meals. Its limpid colour is sprinkled with light bronze glints. It shows a beautiful lace of fine bubbles. On the nose, the Chardonnay is elegant and has a nice balance between mineral notes of white flowers and Mirabelle. On the palate, this Deutz Champagne 2007 Blanc de Blancs Brut is in perfect consistency with the aromatic expression of the nose. It is both powerful and ripe with hints of white fruit, citrus fruits and butter. The finish offers a great purity, a good aromatic persistence and a subtle brioche note.
