Bouchard Père & Fils : Beaune 1er cru "Clos Saint-Landry" Domaine Monopole 2011

SKU:E168/11 Burgundy - Beaune - White - 13° - More Info
  • J. Robinson : 16

It was in 1791 that Antoine Philibert Joseph Bouchard purchased the vineyard of Clos Saint-Landry in its entirety. Since then the house of Bouchard has carefully preserved the monopoly of this white Premier Crus vineyard of 1.98 hectares. The robe of this 2011 Beaune Clos Saint-Laundry Premier Crus is pale gold with green reflections. The nose is fine and fresh, revealing notes of fleshy white fruit and floral notes, like acacia and hawthorne, married with toasted elements. With a well-balanced palate, this 2011 Beaune Clos Saint-Laundry Premier Crus from Bouchard Père & Fils is rich and supple, characterized by the taste of fresh butter and toasted hazelnut.
