Cartizze 2015 from Bisol: A full and balanced Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze D.O.C.G
Cartizze from Bisol is a sparkling produced from Glera (prosecco) grown in the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore di Cartizze appellation. Planted at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level. The vines are planted on soil composed of friable stone and a firm and rocky sub-soil.
Bisol's Cartizze 2015 has a beautiful pale straw colour. The nose reveals an elegant bouquet of wild flowers and fruit (apples, pears, peaches). Savoury in the mouth, it is a full, balanced and refined wine. There are light notes of tasty and intense fruit.
It should be noted that this tasting note describes the general profile of the wine presented. However, it varies according to the evolution of the wine characteristics over time.
Wine Advocate-Parker :
The NV (2010) Prosecco di Valdebiaddene Superiore Cartizze Dry is made in a slightly off-dry style that gives the wine more textural richness and of course greater sweetness than the other wines in the range. There is plenty of depth in the glass, but this an expression of Prosecco I find less compelling than the best wines in the lineup. Lot L 11082B. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2014.
